Cancellation Timeframe

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of completing your purchase.

During this initial period, orders typically have not yet entered the processing phase, which makes cancellation possible.


Orders Already in Processing

After the 12-hour window, your order may already be:

  • Processed

  • Packed

  • Preparing for shipment

  • Shipped or transferred to the courier

Once your order has reached any of these stages, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

In such cases, we kindly ask that you wait until your order arrives. You may then start a return request in accordance with our Return Policy.
